Stress Reliever

One way to relieve stress is to remind yourself of what God has done for you. Think about the things God has done to help you in the past and be encouraged that he will help you whenever you need it. Sometimes we need to be reminded that he has helped us before. Make a list of some of the things God has done for you, read it, and be encouraged.

Worry and fear just make things worse. Instead, focus on God through praise, prayer, or thanksgiving. Give the problem to God and let him work it out. Believe that he will help you and he will. When you trust God in this way he will give you peace. Peace that comes from God is the best stress reliever! I encourage you to trust God and allow him to carry your burdens and relieve your stress.

“Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, rejoice.” (Philippians 4:4)

“I will remember the works of the Lord: surely I will remember thy wonders of old. I will meditate also of all thy work, and talk of thy doings.” (Psalm 77:11-12)
