Be Courageous

God is always with us we just need to be aware of his presence. God is the source of our courage. We draw strength from his spirit to face challenges and fears. He helps us move forward despite fear. Keep this in mind whenever you’re faced with trials or obstacles. You are more than a conqueror with God.

God’s word encourages us. God instructs us in Joshua 1:8 to meditate on it day and night. When you become discouraged, you’re giving away your courage. Don’t allow the enemy to distract you from God’s word with fear and doubt. Seek guidance from the Bible regularly.

Those who have decided not to accept Christ don’t have this benefit. They are fighting a spiritual battle without any weapons. Encourage others to accept Christ so they can experience the courage and protection that God’s spirit provides for those who follow him. Without God, they are easy targets for the enemy to discourage, abuse, and destroy.

“Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever though goest.” (Joshua 1:9)

“Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.” (Romans: 8:37)

“Then Jesus said to those Jews which believed on him, if ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” (John 8:31-32)
